Yes. A $750 security hold will be placed on your credit or debit card. This covers any potential damage to walls, furniture, or props. The hold is fully cancelled/released if no damages occur.
We offer studio credit for rescheduling cancelled paid reservations (subject to availability).
No credits or refunds for no-show reservations.
Cancellations due to extenuating and verifiable emergencies are refundable, minus a 15% cancellation fee.

House Rules for Studio Usage
Welcome to BC Studios! To ensure a safe, productive, and creative environment for everyone, please review and follow our studio rules:
1. Booking & Time Management
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Setup and teardown time must be included within your booking period.
Overtime will be billed 10mins past the booked due time
2. Security Deposit & Damages
A $750 hold will be placed on your credit or debit card before your booking commences.
This is in case of any damage to the walls, furniture, props, or studio equipment.
If no damages occur, the full amount will be released/refunded after your shoot.
Renters are fully responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their team, or their guests.
3. Studio Care
Treat all equipment, furniture, and props with care.
Do not move or modify permanent studio fixtures without staff approval.
No stepping, climbing, or leaning on the ramp wall.
Return all furniture and props to their original positions after use.
4. Cleanliness
Please leave the studio as you found it.
Remove all trash, food, and personal items before leaving.
Additional cleaning or repainting fee will apply if necessary.
5. Food & Drinks
Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only.
No food or drinks near equipment or in production areas.
Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited.
6. Safety
Guests under 16 must be supervised at all times.
No open flames, pyrotechnics, or hazardous materials without prior written approval.
Report any damage or accidents immediately to BC Studios staff.
7. Noise & Respect
Keep noise levels at a professional level.
Be respectful of our neighbours, staff, and the surrounding community.
No loitering in hallways or common areas.
8. Liability
The renter assumes full responsibility for their crew, talent, and guests.
BC Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
9. Cancellations
We offer studio credit for rescheduling on all paid reservations.
Reschedules are subject to availability.
No credits or refunds for no-show reservations.
Cancellations due to extenuating and verifiable emergencies are refundable but subject to a 15% cancellation fee with up to 24 hours ' notice before the booked date.
10. Photography & Filming
Any use of live animals, special effects, or stunts requires prior approval.
11. Compliance
All local laws, fire codes, and building regulations must be followed.
Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate termination of booking without refund.
